Refund policy

We hope you love your new Finn and Beau pieces as much as we loved creating them for you!

As a small Australian brand, every piece is made with care and intention. Your understanding and support mean the world as we grow Finn and Beau together.

Please kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to provide you with your credit note/ exchange or if deemed faulty a refund.

Finn and Beau reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the below criteria.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns (unused, unworn, unwashed and tags attached) will receive a store credit or exchange.

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returns on swimwear, hair accessories or sale items due to hygiene and clearance reasons
  • Credit note are valid for 12 months from issue date.

REFUND

Full refunds are only eligible on faulty garments. If this does occur then please email us within 7 days of receipt of purchase to hello@finnandbeau.com:

  • Order Number
  • Description of fault
  • Photos

We will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for items which have been customised.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed, used, have any stains, fragrance or pet hair or altered in any way.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final, they will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

EXCHANGES

For all online exchanges, please email hello@finnandbeau.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return within 7 working days.

Please note, should you wish you return your items, Finn and Beau does not cover shipping costs and the item needs to be returned within 7 working days.

This excludes hair accessories and headwear, which are ineligible to be returned unless faulty.

Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website.

CREDIT NOTE

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered online.
